Wibbi — formerly Physiotec — is a home-exercise-program platform. As your exercise-program provider in Clinicmaster, clinicians open a patient’s program from the chart, practitioner accounts are managed from Clinicmaster, and prescribed program PDFs are pulled back onto the record.
The Wibbi integration
Wibbi, formerly Physiotec, is a home-exercise-program platform for rehab and physiotherapy. Clinicmaster supports it as a selectable exercise-program provider: it manages practitioner accounts, retrieves a patient’s programs and a link straight into the right program from the chart, records which clinician opened what, and downloads the prescribed program PDFs back onto the patient record. A scheduled job keeps the recurring sync running in the background.
What the Wibbi integration does.
Prescribing happens in Wibbi. Clinicmaster’s job is making sure the clinician gets there in one click and the chart keeps the result.
Straight to the right program
Clinicmaster generates a link into the patient’s program from the chart, so the clinician lands on the correct record rather than navigating there manually.
Practitioner accounts managed centrally
Practitioners can be added, modified, activated and deactivated from Clinicmaster — so a clinician leaving is handled in one place, not left as an orphaned account.
Program PDFs pulled onto the record
Prescribed program PDFs are downloaded back into Clinicmaster, so what the patient was asked to do is part of their chart rather than only in another system.
A patient’s programs in view
The programs on a patient can be listed from Clinicmaster, so the next clinician to see them knows what has already been prescribed.
Access to programs is logged
Which practitioner opened which patient’s program is recorded — the same accountability expected everywhere else in the record.
Scheduled background sync
A background job handles the recurring synchronisation, so keeping the two systems aligned is not a task anyone has to remember.

Wibbi becomes your program provider.
We license the module, configure your Wibbi credentials server-side, and set up your practitioners as Wibbi users from Clinicmaster.
The clinician goes straight there.
From the patient record, Clinicmaster produces a link into that patient’s program in Wibbi, and logs which practitioner opened it.
The PDF comes back to the chart.
Prescribed program PDFs are downloaded into Clinicmaster, and a scheduled job keeps the ongoing sync running without anyone driving it.
What this integration does not do
Exercise content, the patient-facing app and adherence tracking live in Wibbi; Clinicmaster manages accounts, links and stored PDFs. Sync runs on a schedule rather than instantly. Note the naming: the codebase and some screens still say Physiotec — the company rebranded to Wibbi; they are the same provider. Clinics run one exercise-program provider: Wibbi or Physitrack.
