Physitrack is a home-exercise-program and remote-rehab platform. Set as your exercise-program provider in Clinicmaster, practitioners move into Physitrack single sign-on from the patient they already have open, patients are kept in sync, and prescribed programs come back as PDFs on the record.
The Physitrack integration
Physitrack is a platform for prescribing home exercise programs and supporting patients remotely between visits. Clinicmaster supports it as a selectable exercise-program provider: practitioners are provisioned, patients exist as matching Physitrack clients created from the Clinicmaster record, prescriptions are made in Physitrack via single sign-on from the chart, and the resulting program and its PDF come back to Clinicmaster.
What the Physitrack integration does.
The friction in home exercise is never the exercises — it is re-keying the patient, chasing the access code, and losing the program once it is prescribed.
Single sign-on from the chart
Practitioners open Physitrack from the patient they already have in front of them, through a single-sign-on link — no second login and no searching for the patient again.
Patients created and kept current
The Physitrack client is created from the Clinicmaster patient record and updated when details change, so the two systems do not drift into two versions of the same person.
Practitioners provisioned
Clinicians are set up as Physitrack practitioners as part of the integration rather than each arranging their own account.
Access codes issued and re-sent
Patients get an access code for their program, and it can be re-sent when they lose it — which they do — without anyone logging into a separate system.
Programs and PDFs on the record
Prescribed programs and their PDFs are retrievable back into Clinicmaster, so what the patient was told to do lives with the rest of their chart.
Program events retrievable
Program events can be read back from Physitrack, so engagement with a prescription is visible to the clinician rather than invisible until the next visit.

We license the module, configure your Physitrack credentials server-side and provision your practitioners as Physitrack users.
The clinician works from the chart.
From the patient record, the practitioner opens Physitrack by single sign-on — with the client already created or updated from Clinicmaster — and builds the program.
The patient gets it; the chart keeps it.
An access code is issued to the patient, re-sendable if lost, and the program and its PDF are retrievable into Clinicmaster so the prescription stays on the record.
What this integration does not do
Exercise content, the app the patient uses and outcome questionnaires live in Physitrack — Clinicmaster provisions, syncs and stores the result. Some syncing runs as a scheduled background task rather than instantly. Clinics choose one exercise-program provider: Physitrack or Wibbi (formerly Physiotec). A Physitrack subscription is arranged with them.
