CloudRep · AI receptionist integration

AI reception that writes straight to your schedule.

CloudRep is an AI voice-receptionist service connected to Clinicmaster through the same partner API as Allomia. It answers calls, reads your live availability, and books, confirms, reschedules or cancels the real appointment — with everything it books attributed to its own booking channel.

What Is

The CloudRep integration

CloudRep is an AI voice-receptionist service for handling inbound patient calls. Clinicmaster exposes a dedicated partner API it calls into — the same contract used by the Allomia integration — covering availability lookup, booking for new and existing patients, confirming, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, clinic information, and creating a voicemail task. Bookings are attributed to CloudRep as their own channel.

What it does

What the CloudRep integration does.

CloudRep runs the conversation; Clinicmaster remains the authority on what is available and what was committed.

Live availability, not a guess

CloudRep reads the same online-booking availability your patients see, filtered by service and practitioner, so callers are only offered slots that are genuinely open.

New patients and follow-ups

A first-time caller gets a client record created as part of the booking; an existing patient books a follow-up against their current case.

Changes applied, not noted

Confirmations, reschedules and cancellations are written to the appointment during the call — there is no queue of requests for staff to process afterwards.

Clinic information on demand

Hours, locations and services come from Clinicmaster, so the AI answers routine questions with current information rather than a static script.

Voicemail routed as work

Calls that need a human become a Clinicmaster task carrying the voicemail, so they land in the same queue your team already works from.

Separately attributed

CloudRep has its own booking-channel identity, so its bookings are distinguishable from staff bookings, patient self-booking, and any other AI receptionist you run.

How it works

From call to committed booking.

01 · Answer

CloudRep picks up.

The AI receptionist handles the call and establishes what the patient needs — a new appointment, a change, or an answer about the clinic.

02 · Check

It reads your real availability.

Authenticated with your clinic’s API key, CloudRep queries the partner API for live availability, so what it offers on the call is what is actually free.

03 · Commit

Your schedule is updated on the call.

The appointment is created or changed in Clinicmaster and tagged to the CloudRep channel. Nothing is re-keyed and nothing waits for review.

What this integration does not do

CloudRep is the AI voice layer, not a phone system, and it does not record or transcribe calls into the chart. For business calling with caller-ID matching to the patient record, see the Nexco VOIP integration. CloudRep and Allomia use the same Clinicmaster contract — clinics run one or the other, licensed and configured by our team.

What the AI can act on

The operations Clinicmaster exposes to CloudRep.

A defined, authenticated contract rather than open access — each action scoped to the clinic identified by the API key on the request.
