Progi · Booking & referral sync
Turn insurer referrals into booked assessments automatically.
Progi provides software connecting insurers, suppliers and providers. In Clinicmaster it is a referral-and-booking bridge: you map each participating insurer to the assessment service and case template it should produce, and referrals arriving through Progi become properly-configured appointments and cases instead of paperwork.
The Progi integration
Progi provides software connecting insurers, suppliers and providers, notably in the auto and injury space. Clinicmaster integrates with it as a referral-and-booking channel: for each participating insurer you configure which assessment service and client-case template a referral should produce, and which practitioners take part. Bookings arriving that way are created against live availability and attributed to Progi.
What the Progi integration does.
The value is in the mapping. A referral only saves time if it arrives as the right appointment, on the right case, for a practitioner who actually takes that work.
A mapping per insurer
Each participating insurer is configured with the assessment service and client-case template its referrals should produce, so the setup reflects how you actually handle that insurer’s work.
Case template applied on arrival
The referral opens a case built from your template for that insurer, so the required structure is in place from the start rather than assembled after the fact.
Booked against live availability
Referral bookings use the same availability as your other online channels, so they cannot land on a slot that is already gone.
Practitioners enrolled individually
Participation is set per practitioner, so referral work only reaches the clinicians who have agreed to take it.
Insurer names in multiple languages
The insurer reference carries multilingual names, so staff and patient-facing text show the insurer correctly whichever language they are working in.
Attributed as its own channel
Progi bookings carry their own booking-channel identity, so referral volume can be reported separately from self-booking and front-desk bookings.
From insurer referral to a structured case.
Each insurer is configured once.
For every participating insurer we set the assessment service and client-case template its referrals should create, and enrol the practitioners who take that work.
A referral arrives through Progi.
The referral is matched to its insurer mapping and booked against live Clinicmaster availability for the mapped service.
The case is ready to work.
Clinicmaster creates the appointment and opens the case from the mapped template, attributed to the Progi channel — so the clinician starts with the right structure, not a blank record.
What this integration does not do
Progi here is a referral and booking bridge — not an insurer claim-submission gateway. Billing and adjudication for these cases run through Clinicmaster’s own billing paths; see Billing & insurance and regional billing programs. Which insurers are available to you is governed by your arrangement with Progi.
What Clinicmaster configures per Progi insurer.
This is configuration, not guesswork: the setup below is what turns an inbound referral into an appointment and case that need no rework.
