The Sun Life booking integration
Sun Life is a major Canadian insurer whose member-facing tools let plan members search for a provider and book an appointment online. Clinicmaster exposes a token-authenticated availability API those surfaces call, so members are offered slots that are genuinely free. Appointments, and any client or case created along with them, are stamped with the Sun Life channel they came from — secure, public or mobile.

Sun Life’s booking surfaces query Clinicmaster for current availability by service and practitioner, so members are not offered slots that have already been taken.

What this integration does not do
This is a booking channel, not a billing connection — a Sun Life booking does not submit a claim. Insurer submission is covered on Billing & insurance. Which of your services and practitioners are bookable is your choice, and eligibility and member experience on Sun Life’s side are governed by Sun Life. Participation is arranged with them.
