Clinicmaster is suitable for all types of organizations. We cater to practices with only one practitioner, organizations with several practitioners and organizations with several practitioners across a network of clinics.
I have part-time professionals in my clinic. How are they calculated in the price?
We consider any staff member who works 24 hours or less per week as a part-time professional
Is there a purchase option?
No, our software is acquired through a monthly or yearly subscription.
What are the upfront fees?
Depending on the customer needs, the upfront cost may vary. Our additional services for new customers are the following: data conversion, custom forms and various training packages. For further information, please contact our sales team.
Do you convert past data?
Yes, we offer data conversion as an additional service. Our technical team can convert the data from your previous software, making it available in Clinicmaster when you go live.
Is Clinicmaster compatible with Apple?
Yes, our application is browser-based, which means it is compatible with all devices on any platform. We also offer a desktop solution that is only available on Microsoft Windows computers and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store.
Is Clinicmaster web-based?
Yes, Clinicmaster is web-based. Your data will be securely stored on Microsoft Azure servers nearest to your region. We are also compliant with all regulatory bodies (GDPR, HIPPA, PIPA, PIPEDA, etc.).
Are you integrated with payment companies other than Paystream?
Currently, Clinicmaster Cloud is only integrated with Paystream, which is guaranteed to meet or beat your current rates.
If I cancel my Clinicmaster subscription, can I export my data?
Yes, our technical team will guide you through the process of exporting your data.
Is Clinicmaster Cloud HIPPA/PIPEDA-compliant?
Yes, Clinicmaster is compatible not only with HIPPA and PIPEDA but also with all other regulatory bodies, including GDPR, PIPA and FIPA.

Can I create my own form and chart note templates?
Yes. As an additional service, our form building specialist will work with you to design any kind of custom form or chart note. You can also create your own forms and chart notes with our built-in quick form feature in Clinicmaster.
Do you have a free-trial version?
No, we do not offer any free-trial version. However, our sales staff will gladly meet with you to show you live demonstrations of the application and answer any questions you may have.
With Clinicmaster, do I get stuck in a contract for a determined amount of time?
No, we simply require a 30-day notice to terminate your account prior to your next invoice.
Do you have any promotions for members of professional associations, such as the CPA, OPA or CATA?

How quickly can we start?
Onboarding a typical clinic takes a period of two to three weeks. During this time, our team works to train your staff on the software and ensure your data is ready for use on your go-live date.
Do you offer support? Is it included?
Yes, we provide technical and customer support Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., ET.
How often do you issue updates? Does it cause downtime at the clinic?
We are continuously adding to our application, with changes and updates taking place every six weeks. These updates are seamless, and do not cause any downtime for your clinic. When an update is launched, you will receive a notification inside Clinicmaster describing the changes and how they function.
Where is our data hosted?
Your data is hosted within your respected country inside Microsoft Azure data centres.
What is a license?
Clinicmaster Cloud requires a license to operate. This means each user needs to subscribe to a license to be able to access the system. When you purchase Clinicmaster, the application comes with one license. Additional licenses can be purchased.
How secure is data
Clinicmaster uses the highest level of encryption to protect your data when sending information between devices and Microsoft Azure servers and from device to device. No access to patient data remains on your computer or mobile after you close your browser.
What happens if my clinic loses internet connection?
If your clinic Wi-Fi or internet access is suddenly lost, you can still use Clinicmaster through any mobile or tablet device connected through a mobile network. You can also tether your mobile devices to your laptop or desktop to access Clinicmaster through the browser of your choice.
